I'm mother to two beautiful boys, an advocate for body neutrality, gentle parenting, natural-term breastfeeding & positive birth.
As soon as I was able to hold a crayon, I began to create. I'd lose hours drawing and painting, inspired by the places I've been, the people & creatures in my life, and the books I loved.
As I grew older, so did my art; inspired by subjects that ignited my emotions, eventually coming to reflect the amazing physical and emotional journey of motherhood and the beauty I see in human connection and vulnerability.
Becoming self-employed was a leap of faith . A few short years ago, I could only dream that today I'd have been published and sold work in 32 countries and counting.
The thought of my work bringing joy to people I've never met and hanging on walls in places I've never been will never stop being amazing.
Painting is therapy, escapism and my greatest passion.
